**Why this role?**:
We’re hiring a full-time **Creative Producer** to help us grow Opal through performance-driven creative. This means short-form ads that convert, built with a strategic mindset and fast execution.

You’ll be the go-to producer for the Growth team, owning the visual output across video, image, and graphic formats. You’ll work closely with **Heba**, our User Acquisition Manager**, turning insights into creative that performs. This is an operational role — one where consistency, creativity, and momentum matter. You’ll be expected to deliver high-quality creative on a weekly cadence — not as a churn-and-burn task, but as a thoughtful process grounded in insight and iteration.

You’ve done this before — at least 1 year of hands-on experience required — and you’re comfortable working in volume: testing new hooks, adapting formats, and shipping multiple versions fast.

You also get nuance. Our audience isn’t one-size-fits-all. We speak to students trying to focus, professionals avoiding burnout, parents craving balance. You know how to speak to each, with the right tone, visuals, and rhythm.

**What you’ll be doing?**:

- Make scroll-stopping ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Build multiple creative variations from a single brief or raw asset
- Repurpose our existing content library (UGC, internal footage, branded assets)
- Work directly with UGC creators to brief, review, and edit
- Partner with Heba to iterate based on performance data
- Create and update graphic assets for our App Store page in line with growth strategy
- Design segment-specific product paywalls alongside our product and brand designers

Nail this role, and you’ll be shaping the future of Opal’s creative strategy as our next Creative Lead.

**What you bring?**:

- 1+ year of experience editing ads for mobile apps, ideally with performance metrics to show
- Strong grasp of performance editing principles: pacing, structure, retention, clarity
- A sharp eye, strong creative judgment, and ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Strategic mindset: you understand different personas and how to speak to each
- You’re comfortable experimenting with AI tools (for scriptwriting, generating visuals and videos) and staying curious about how creative workflows are evolving with AI
- Tools: CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent (let us know your stack)
- Bonus: experience briefing creators or managing UGC workflows
