The marketing Programs Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing operational marketing and leads generation programs across the region to advance existing and accelerate new opportunities for our local sales teams. Marketing programs consist of integrated, multi-touch, multi-dimensional inbound and outbound activities leveraging each of the marketing departments and stakeholder inputs (digital, creative, solutions, marketing ops and AR/PR). The marketing programs manager must have experience in building and executing lead/demand gen campaigns, as well as a strong track record in running marketing events (tradeshows, conferences, executive events, webinars ).
Required Qualifications - About You:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B operational marketing - SaaS marketing experience a plus;
- Proven experience and track-record in working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and pipeline;
- Ability to demonstrate track record of success in all key areas of responsibility;
- Highly motivated individual, who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements;
- Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget;
- Ability to align tactical plans with strategies;
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo is a strong plus;
- Experience in driving social media and demand generation campaigns;
- Strong communicator (written and oral);
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience;
- Fluent English language;
- Self-starter;
- Highly organized;
- Flexible, with strong business sense;
- Multi-tasking;
- Target segmentation analysis, budgeting and building business cases for new customer acquisition;
- B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration.
