Lead Infrastructure

Flexcity, a leading European energy tech company within the Veolia Group is looking for a resourceful Lead Infrastructure to join our French team.

This position offers the opportunity to **join Flexcity's infrastructure team in France**, alongside a team of skilled colleagues from different backgrounds, with the company's headquarters in Brussels.

Role

As a **Lead Infrastructure** you will focus on this emerging market, where Flexcity France, aims to be a market leader. You will have a direct impact in **the decarbonisation of our industry towards a net-zero economy.**

You will be part of our infrastructure team, under the **CTO**and your role is divided in:

- **
Infrastructure 60%**
- Design, build and maintain the technology infrastructure.
- Responsible for cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure : servers, networks, databases and other critical systems.
- Ensure the security, availability, scability and resilience of the infrastructure.
- **
Management 30%**
- Manage the team of two infrastructure engineers.
- Follow up the career growth, wellness and both personal and team objectives.
- **
DevOps best practices 10%**
- Promote devOps best practices within the organization.
- Work closely with development teams.
- Ensure the infrastructure design continuous integration and delivery such as CI/CD, automated testing and other devOps best practices.

**Qualifications** Key Qualifications**

Hard Skills

**Must-Have**
- Fluent in** French**
- ** Cloud architecture proficiency**:Expertise in cloud-based infrastructure, preferably in AWS or GCP, including containers, databases and network components
- ** Devops**:Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines; good knowledge of Linux systems and Git

**Nice-to-Have**
- ** Back-end development**experience
- Knowledge** on Pulumi & Kubernetes**
