**Mission**: Join us as a Lead Data Analyst to enhance our reporting and analytical capabilities and drive high-stakes decision-making processes. You will play a pivotal role in developing robust dashboards and delivering accurate, detailed ad-hoc analyses to our top-tier stakeholders.

**About You**:
**Experience**: Proven track record as a Data Analyst or similar role, with experience in leading teams, even if on a small scale.

**Skill in Detail-Oriented Analysis**: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless quality, crucial in high-stakes environments.

**Communication**: Strong ability to explain complex data in a clear and impactful manner to stakeholders at all levels.

**Leadership**: While extensive management experience is not required, an aptitude for mentoring and guiding teams is essential.
