**As a Partnerships Intern, you will work closely with our Partnerships team to help build and optimize our operational processes. You’ll be responsible for contributing to the performance of our partner relationships, helping with due diligence, automating workflows, and maintaining dashboards to streamline operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Operational Efficiency**: Assist the Partnerships team in improving operational performance by contributing to various day-to-day processes.
- **Relationship Building**: Help the team foster and manage relationships with partners by contributing to communication, follow-ups, and tracking progress.
- **Partner Due Diligence**: Assist in conducting due diligence by requesting and compiling relevant information, using platforms such as Pelico.
- **Data & Dashboards**: Create, update, and maintain relevant dashboards that provide insights into partner performance and team operations.
- **Process Automation**: Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline internal operations, such as creating workflows that reduce manual tasks.
- **Partner Training**: Assist in creating and executing the partner training processes to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proactive Mindset**: You’re a problem solver who takes initiative to streamline processes and add value.
- **Detail-Oriented**: You take pride in your attention to detail, especially when managing data and reports.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with automation tools, workflow management, and SaaS platforms. Experience with tools like Notion, Zapier, or others is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to support relationship-building efforts with partners.
- **Team Player**: You enjoy collaborating with others and are eager to learn from experienced team members.

**Preferred Experience:Partner Operations Intern**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business.
- Basic understanding of SaaS businesses and partnerships.
- Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and Notion.
- Strong interest in learning about partnership operations and automation in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
