TOTEME is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our new flagship store in Paris on a full-time basis. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and delivering an elevated client experience. As a brand ambassador, you will help cultivate a welcoming and inspiring in-store environment while building lasting client relationships. You will report directly to the Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage store operations, ensure efficient workflows, and staff scheduling.
- Drive sales performance and monitor progress to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Provide daily coaching and support to Sales Advisors, ensuring high team performance and consistent service excellence.
- Guide the team on brand knowledge, collections, store experience, and operational procedures.
- Support the planning and execution of in-store events and activations in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Lead by example in developing strong client relationships and fostering a culture of genuine clienteling.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and coach the team on day-to-day execution.
- Conduct regular team briefings to align on business priorities, company policies, and new collections.
- Share product insights and qualitative feedback with internal teams, based on client needs and local trends.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of three years of experience in a senior retail role within the luxury sector.
- Experience in leading and coaching a high-performing team.
- Solid understanding of store workflows, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's new flagship store in Paris starting September 2025.
