**About the role \uD83D\uDDA5**
As the Junior Accounts Payable Accountant you will be a member of AP Team and reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. You will be responsible for the financial accounting of one or more entities of Vestiaire Collective.
**What you will do \uD83D\uDC5C**:
- Processing supplier invoices via the dematerialization tool
- Posting of supplier invoices
- Review, analysis and reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Maintaining supplier master data in accounting system
- Processing of expense reports (verification, posting and payment)
- Supplier payments, sending payment details
- Accounts analysis (supplier debtors, cut-off, reconciliation, etc.)
- Participation in monthly closings
**Who you are**:
- You have a BTS in accounting or equivalent.
- You have 2 years of experience in a company in AP accounting.
- You have experience performing reconciliations of vendor accounts.
- You are familiar with accounting systems, and you are comfortable with computer tools (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is essential.
- You are autonomous, responsible, and motivated.
- You are organized and rigorous.
