**Overview**:
As Team Leader, ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service. In addition, you have to take charge of the store in the absence of store management.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage Crocs store in absence of store management.
- Train new team members as requested.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing needs.
- Maximize sales through product knowledge and promotions.
- Contribute to store maintenance and window displays.
- Enhance team performance and suggest quality improvements.
- Delegate tasks for opening/closing checklists.
- Maintain awareness of stock levels and merchandising.
- Take ownership of personal development.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service.
- Fulfill any tasks assigned by store management.
- Ensure store opening hours are respected.

**What You'll Bring to the Table**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position or commercial field.
- Passion for delivering excellent and exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive initiative in task completion.
- Brand ambassador for Crocs.
