**Your Role as a Business Analyst at Ivy Partners**:
- Collect and analyse requirements.
- Lead discussions to capture operational needs and suggest customized IT solutions.
- Convert business demands into precise user stories and functional specifications for our development team.
- Create comprehensive documentation and specifications.
- Keep the product backlog current, ensuring clarity and prioritization of tasks.
- Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning meetings regularly.
- Develop and perform both technical and functional test cases to verify new features and improvements.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and collect feedback to drive continuous enhancements.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and challenges to the IT Team Lead, and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
**Who You Are**
- 3- 6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experienced with Agile frameworks and tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
- Is skilled in SQL querying and interacting with REST APIs.
- Possesses solid knowledge of mathematics, including statistics, machine learning, and optimization techniques.
- Is fluent in French and English.
