Position Duties
To support with both Event Management and Product Marketing activities at Capcom France (CEF), in synch with Capcom Europe's EMEA campaigns and CEF's local plans overseen by the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, PR and/or Community Managers. Coordination includes local activations as well as for and with CEF's export market distributors.
For events, the postholder will support with the organisation, management and execution of participation in local digital as well as physical trade and consumer show events (such as e.g. Paris Games Week etc.), as well as planning and execution of local marketing events, especially for PR, Community Management etc., both digitally as well as physically.
Product marketing activities range from coordinating single local activities as well as external partners to managing complete local campaigns from start to end.
Event Management:
- Evaluation, organisation and coordination of participation in digital as well as physical trade and consumer events, as well as digital and physical owned marketing activities, especially those linked to PR and Community Management.
- Event and budget planning.
- Research and management of venues, event agencies, equipment and technical requirements as well as partners and suppliers, catering options, guest and travel management etc.
- Planning of product implementation in terms of presentation options as well as age rating restrictions.
- Liaising and briefing of agencies for support measures.
- Liaising with our Senior Sales & Marketing, PR and/or Community Management teams on a local and central level to ensure right product communication.
- Coordinate arrangements relating to the attendance and implementation of Capcom Japan headquarter representatives where required.
- Responsible for full event execution, manage venue, partners, equipment, agencies and guests on-location, and support the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, PR Manager and Community Managers so that they can focus on their tasks and guests.
Develop and maintain relationships with European counterparts.
Product Marketing:
- To support the implementation and creation of marketing plans for specific software titles with the objective of taking over budgetary control and planning of specific titles across all marketing channels.
- Oversee and support management of individual flagship activities together with the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, and plan own activations and campaigns for specific launches and brand campaigns.
- Regular communication with the CEF export / distribution marketing teams.
- Liaising with external agencies to ensure the marketing strategy is carried out effectively and the company is getting a return on investment.
- Liaising with CEF's Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, Capcom EMEA's Brand marketing, Sales and PR departments for the promotion of specific titles.
- Perform competitive product research.
Carry out post launch analysis of marketing campaigns.
To perform additional duties where required.

- Direct experience running digital events, live streams, and video content production.
- Proven experience planning, managing, and running physical events.
- Knowledge of the technical skills required for the setup and management of events and equipment.
- Familiar with relevant hands-off and hands-on product presentation options and requirements.
- Basic understanding of local age rating rules and restrictions.
- Basic knowledge of local risk assessment, security protocols, and crowd management requirements and guidelines.
- Capable of handling and resolving critical event issues in high-pressure situations.
- Strong verbal and written skills, able to communicate complex findings clearly.
- Fluency in both French and English essential.
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
