Rattaché hiérarchiquement au Responsable du service intégration, vous aurez pour principales missions de:
- Prendre en charge, dans sa globalité, la demande de préparation de matériel issue du front-office ou de l’assistance technique téléphonique
- Préparer et initialiser les matériels
- Contrôler et blanchir les matériels en retour
- Veiller à utiliser les processus et les évolutions matérielles et logicielles
- Participer aux respects des cadences de production
- Alerter sur les besoins stock pour assurer les intégrations des commandes
- Alerter sur les dysfonctionnements des outils d’intégration
- Assurer la saisie des préparations et contrôles dans les outils métiers internes ou externes
- Être force de proposition à l’amélioration continu du service

- Capacité à analyser et appréhender les incidents
- Maîtrise des outils bureautique
