Chartered Accountant / Country Accounting Lead - EasyBiz

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a highly experienced Chartered Accountant to lead the setup of our French legal entity for EasyBiz, one of our key products at 3F Venture Studio. This person will play a strategic and foundational role in launching our operations in France, from the ground up.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the legal setup of the French entity, including registration and all accounting-related compliance
- Ensure full regulatory alignment with French financial, payroll, and tax laws
- Act as the go-to finance lead for France, liaising with our Luxembourg HQ and wider EasyBiz team
- Hire and build the local accounting and operations team in a cost-effective, growth-oriented region
- Handle all accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end and year-end closings, reporting, and payroll
- Work closely with leadership to design efficient financial workflows and internal control systems
- Manage communication with tax advisors, auditors, and external partners
- Provide strategic insights and financial reporting for company scaling

**What are we looking for**:

- Certified Chartered Accountant or Expert-Comptable in France
- Holds the appropriate business license to open and manage an accounting firm/entity
- Deep knowledge of French accounting standards, employment law, and tax regulations
- Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build rather than maintain
- Previous experience either setting up a legal entity or operating as the finance lead in a French startup or SME would be ideal
- Fluent in French and English (would be a big plus)
