Scope
- Ce poste reporte au Directeur de Site et a en charge la performance financière d'Aléa Simandre.

Management d'un Contrôleur de Gestion.

Main activities
- Develop, prepare, analyze and present budgets and current and forecasted results of financial performance.
- Develop customer profitability analysis to support decision making process
- Drive the costing activities (prepare the price quotations, cost analysis, etc.)
- Document and train people on all Key Processes that are supporting each of the main internal control cycle (Stock, Receivables/Payables/Cash)
- Ensure rules are followed strictly in the controlled perimeter.
- Develop and maintain an effective system of internal control for safeguarding companies assets.

Accountability including KPIs
- Guarantee the reliability, accuracy and completeness of the site's financial information.
- Guarantee risks and opportunities are presented in an actionable manner to other Departments. Guarantee efficiency of financial/administrative processes (quicker, more accurate, more relevant)
- Guarantee the engagement & development of the Finance team.

Profile (Experience & qualifications)
- Bac +5 spécialisé en Finance.
- Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 10 ans dans l'industrie.
