**Role Overview**
- **Position**: Freelance Tour Guide
- **Location**: Rouen
- **Payment**: 120 EURO/day

**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead engaging guided tours showcasing Rouen’s historical and cultural landmarks
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage tour schedules efficiently for smooth experiences
- Use strong communication skills to connect with diverse guests
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding and educating guests throughout the tour

**Basic Requirements**
- Good to excellent knowledge of Rouen
- Fluency in at least one of these languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian, English, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Open to hosting a variety of experiences lasting 3 to 8 hours (see our website for details)
- Passionate about food and interested in hosting food tours is a plus
- Previous hosting or guiding experience is beneficial but not required
