**Your Role & Responsibilities**

As an **English Language Coach Intern**, you will:

- **Empower learners** by helping them build confidence in speaking English.
- **Engage with students** through active listening, encouragement, and personalized feedback.
- **Support progress** by writing detailed lesson reports and individual evaluations.
- **Coordinate lessons** using our internal scheduling and communication platform.
- **Ensure lesson readiness** by contacting students before their sessions.
- **Track attendance** and maintain accurate class records.
- **Adapt materials** to suit each learner’s needs and goals.
- **Document progress** using our “Coach & Teaching Sheet” after each session.
- **Teach in diverse settings**, including outdoor sessions or off-site lessons.
- **Participate in events** and collaborate on workshops and activities.
- **Communicate regularly** with the team to maintain a strong, supportive work culture.
- **Respond to student messages** in a timely and professional manner.
- **Contribute to our learning space** by helping keep the academy organized and welcoming.
