**About the Role**
**Global Wine Solutions** is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Sales Manager to lead sales activity across the superyacht, luxury hospitality, and private client sectors, based full-time from our Beaulieu-sur-Mer office.
This is a senior, front-line sales role requiring a daily physical presence in the office and close collaboration with operations, logistics, and leadership. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving, relationship-led environment and understands the pace, expectations, and commercial realities of the yachting and luxury hospitality markets.
**Global Wine Solutions** is a leading fine wine and spirits supplier to the superyacht and luxury hospitality industries, with offices in the South of France, London, and Miami. We provide bespoke sourcing, storage, and delivery solutions to some of the world’s most discerning clients worldwide.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Business Development**
- Drive new business across superyacht, charter, luxury hospitality, and private client markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht captains, crew, management companies, brokers, and owners’ representatives
- Convert inbound and outbound opportunities into long-term, profitable client relationships
**Account Management**
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key yacht and hospitality accounts
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring consistently high service standards
- Develop long-term partnerships built on trust, reliability, and product expertise
**Commercial Strategy**
- Work closely with the CEO to deliver sales targets and commercial strategy
- Support pricing decisions, margin discipline, and supplier positioning
- Provide insight on market conditions, competitor activity, and client demand
**Office & Team Integration**
- Work daily from the Beaulieu-sur-Mer office, closely integrated with logistics, finance, and marketing
- Ensure sales activity aligns with operational capacity and delivery timelines
- Support coordination between France, UK, and US teams
**Events & Market Presence**
- Represent GWS at yacht shows, tastings, and industry events
- Leverage events as part of a broader commercial sales strategy
**Reporting & Forecasting**
- Maintain clear visibility of pipeline, forecasts, and confirmed orders
- Contribute accurate, timely sales reporting
- Support planning around seasonal peaks and fleet orders
**Profile & Experience**
- Proven sales experience within super-yachting, luxury hospitality, wine & spirits, or comparable premium sectors
- Strong existing network across yachts, management companies, brokers, or private clients
- Commercially astute with a clear understanding of pricing, margin, and value-based selling
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Highly organised, proactive, and hands-on
**Remuneration**
- Base salary: c. €50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Commission / bonus: Attractive performance-related structure, forming a core part of total remuneration
- OTE: Designed to be competitive for senior sales professionals in the region
- All reasonable business and travel expenses covered
**Eligibility**
- Eligibility to work in France without sponsorship is required
(e.g. EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship or existing valid French work authorisation)
Pay: 60,000.00€ - 100,000.00€ per year
