**ABOUT THE POSITION**

As a Client Implementation Manager reporting directly to the Head of Customer Services, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and upsell of Lemonway’s solutions within your own customer portfolio - from project kick-off to first payments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main point of contact for your clients, managing the full implementation lifecycle of Lemonway’s products—from contract signature to go-live—following established processes.
- Own and nurture your client portfolio by building strong relationships with customers and all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage client deadlines and project timelines proactively to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Identify, escalate, and manage project risks and issues to mitigate impact on delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support clients in integrating our APIs, explaining payment flows, and navigating regulatory requirements in the complex payments industry.
- Understand your clients’ business goals and objectives, ensuring the project aligns with their strategic needs.
- Continuously improving processes and documentation to reduce project timelines and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects involving the Implementation team.

**About You**

You are client-focused and tech-savvy with excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience in payments is a strong advantage.

Key Skills:

- Proven project management experience in complex environments
- Strong client relationship and portfolio management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset, resourcefulness, and curiosity
- Fluent in French, English and German (German is mandatory)

Additional languages such as Italian or Spanish are a plus.

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years in a client-facing project management role, preferably within a fintech environment
- Previous experience in payments, banking, or finance, with API integration knowledge highly desirable
- Master’s degree in (International) Business Management, Project Management, or related fields.

The position can be based in Paris, Hamburg, or Rouen.
