As a **Administration Specialist** **at ASM**, no two days will be the same At the heart of our service team, in Grenoble, you will support our engineers and customers. If you are someone who likes to juggle many projects, think outside the box and maintain an eye for detail, this could be the perfect job for you
**Take a closer look at the role and the responsibilities**:
- Represent ASM as first point of contact with EU customers
- Be responsible for accurate and complete documentation of all customer contacts and customer transactions.
- Resolves billing issues with customers and/or internal sources.
- Interface with customers for contract, billable and spares transactions
- Take care of and process supplier invoices with our international finance department (includes SO and P/O tracking)
- Book travel arrangements for our Field Service Engineers
- Be responsible for onboarding new employees together with our fabulous talent acquisition team.
- Take ownership of payroll preparation each month
**We can be a great match for each other if**:
- You have a Bac+2 / DUT and at _least_ a first relevant experience
- You have expert knowledge in French Labor Law - this is a must
- Any knowledge of SAP /accounting / payroll processes is a plus
- You have great attention to detail and enjoy working in a team.
- You have good organization skills
- You are fluent in French and English. Any other European languages are a plus.
