**The O**pportunity**

Worldline Operation Services subdivision provides monitoring products to all Worldline Business lines around the world. As a service oriented department, we are experts in supervision, fast incident response and creating or integrating technical solutions around monitoring.
Our full team is made up of more than 100 people located in different European countries (France, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands and Poland).

In this role, you'll specialize in IT Observability and you will work closely with experienced SREs & SysOps and cross-functional teams to support the implementation and management of observability tools and practices.
This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology and eager to learn about observability and site reliability engineering in a collaborative environment.

Our Observability stack relies mainly on Open Source solutions, like the Grafana stack (Grafana, Mimir/Prometheus, Loki...) but we keep operating other technical solutions in specific environment (Zabbix)
We are also implementing a flexible predictive monitoring feature based on machine learning which will be live in a few weeks.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**

Your role will be to:

- Collaborate with team members to understand observability requirements and contribute to the design of monitoring solutions.
- Engage in training, workshops, and hands-on projects to deepen your understanding of observability solutions.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and provide support to cross-functional teams on observability tools and practices.
- Work closely with other IT and engineering teams to promote best practices for system observability and reliability.

You will join a team of 7 people located in France and Poland.

**Who Are We Looking For**
- 1+ year of experience in a technical role (SysOps, DevOps, or SRE preferred).
- Familiarity with observability tools and concepts, such as monitoring, logging, and tracing (experience with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki is a plus).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge in languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and a willingness to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exposure to CI/CD practices and tools (Gitlab, Ansible, Terraform)
- Curious and innovation driven
