**Description du poste**:
As part of our development, we are hiring an Export Sales Manager for our Defense & Industry activities, for our **Bertin Photonics** **Division**.
You will join the sales team to develop sales of Optronics products in these high-tech sectors.
Reporting to the Director of the Defense & Industry activity, in coordination with the activity managers, the product manager and marketing, your main responsabilities will be:
- Prospecting and identifying customers;
- Identifying new business opportunities;
- Managing the entire customer relationship, including negotiation;
- Carrying out product demonstrations and presentations;
- Drawing up quotations and offers to customers on the basis of price lists and existing documents;
- Leading and developing the sales network (agents and distributors);
- Preparing and taking part in seminars, trade shows, etc.;
- Developing our sales in targeted areas, particularly in Europe.
This position is based in Montigny-Le-Bretonneux (78) and requires travel in France and abroad (mainly in Europe).
**Profil recherché**:
Do you have 5 years' higher education, ideally in **OEM**sales or in a technical field (engineering school, Master's degree) with a sales specialization?
Do you have 3 to 5 years' experience in international OEM sales in the **defense**sector, ideally with knowledge of **optronics**?
Are you technically inclined, curious and eager to learn?
Are you recognized for your ability to listen, your tenacity and your ability to negotiate and convince?
Do you speak and write fluent English?
