Your

**Responsibilities**:
The best way to describe your position is you will be _the start-ups' go-to person for innovation_
- Innovation scouting - identify relevant innovative start-ups based on client expectations
- Onboard start-ups into BLUMORPHO’s network & innovation actions
- Setup and accompany interaction opportunities between our corporate partners, investors and the start-up ecosystem
- Maintain and curate innovation ecosystems across different domains
- Participate in organising and running open innovation events
- Follow-up actions to ensure start-ups remain engaged
- Host digital sessions to promote BLUMORPHO’s image and the start-ups' visibility
- Promote BLUMORPHO and promising start-ups via social media
- Assist with European projects (Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe)
- Market intelligence

Your Skills

Interpersonal skills and a curious mind will be the most valuable assets in this job. Here is a non-exhaustive list of other skills:

- Fluent in English and French is a must - further languages appreciated
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Well organised and detailed-oriented
- Proven interest for new technologies and/or innovation management
- Previous experience in a business development or marketing role (internships considered)
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar tools is a plus
- Experience with digital marketing tools
- Experience in project management
