- Responsibilities
- Lean in to the crypto environment to understand the underlying technology, community needs, cutting edge products and services, and projects in development in order to help guide Binance Compliance ability to anticipate, plan, and engage in meaningful ways
- Own and drive multiple initiatives across various business verticals simultaneously, focusing on execution and delivery
- Engage industry participants including other exchanges, project leaders, community members, etc., building strong relationships and facilitate enhanced collaboration and download of insights, opinions and information
- Build coalitions, both internally and externally, in order to further objectives of Binance and Binance Compliance
- Continuously scan the horizon for innovative and novel tech developments that cross-over into the crypto space Monitor regulatory developments globally, strategizing ways for Binance to continue providing the widest array of products and serves to our customers worldwide
- Engage with crypto communities globally to keep the pulse of the industry and identify opportunities for Binance Compliance
- Analyze and identify various strategies to launch new products or services, prepare detailed briefing docs, and streamlined executive summaries
- Develop and implement methodology to monitor industry competitive landscape as it relates to global regulatory compliance
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Binance to develop detailed integration plans and milestones, where needed
- Assist with facilitating the necessary compliance integrations related to all strategic business initiatives, Binance subsidiaries, as well other compliance program maintenance requirements. Develop and implement methodology to monitor developments in global regulatory frameworks that impact Binance’s operations worldwide
- Requirements
- Strong understanding of the digital assets/cryptocurrency space
- Profound experience in compliance, product management or legal
- 10+ years of experience working in a leadership role
- Strong project management and communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
