**About the Team**: The Infrastructure team aims to make it seamless for our researchers and engineers to access and use the infrastructure they need to do their job.
The team also ensures the underlying infrastructure for our public services is robust, reliable and scalable.
Members of the Infra team are uniquely positioned to impact all areas of H, from building everything from our foundational models to our agents, all the way to our public services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and manage the infrastructure required by H’s engineers and researchers
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure they have the optimal infrastructure for their role
- Leverage automation to multiply your impact and help other teams
- Develop tools and solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of other teams
**Requirements**:
- Technical skills
- Proficient in Python, Git, Docker
- Containerization and Orchestration
- Debugging and Problem-Solving
- Expertise in debugging issues with code and Linux
- Cloud Services
- Deep familiarity with AWS services
- Infrastructure as Code
- Operations
- Skilled in Observability and Monitoring tools and practices
- Adept in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Experienced in Incident Response protocols and best practices
- Soft skills
- Team player
- Loves to help others
**Location**:
- H's teams are distributed throughout France, the UK, and the US
- The final decision for this will lie with the hiring manager for each individual role
