**Full-Stack Engineer (Golang + React) - Contract (Europe Only)**:

The company is a regulated, centralised cryptocurrency exchange headquartered in the Isle of Man, operating under the island’s Financial Services Authority as a designated business for convertible virtual currency. They are reshaping the exchange model by distributing **50% of our revenue** to token holders **daily in stablecoins (USDC/USDT)** — delivering sustainable, real-yield returns rooted in actual trading volume.

**About the Role**:
We're seeking a **Full-Stack Engineer** with a strong background in **Golang** and **React** to help build and scale the platform. This is a **long-term contract (6+ months)** with a high potential to transition into a **full-time, permanent role**.

You’ll work alongside a lean and experienced team to develop robust backend services and dynamic frontend interfaces that power our exchange platform, rewards system, and user dashboards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and maintain backend services in **Golang**
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces with **React**
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code for both client and server-side components
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture discussions
- Ensure high security, reliability, and performance across systems
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Strong expertise in **Golang** and **React (or React-based frameworks)**:

- Solid understanding of **REST APIs**, system architecture, and scalable backend systems
- Experience working in or building **financial systems** (banks, trading platforms, fintech, or crypto exchanges)
- Proficiency with **relational databases** and **cloud infrastructure tools**

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with **DevOps practices** (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Familiarity with crypto-specific tools and APIs
- Knowledge of distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure
