LI-MANITOUFRANCE-LL As part of the launch of the project to replace the CAD and PLM tools of Manitou Group, and the creation of the team to carry out this project we are looking for a **Product Owner for the Services** functional area. **MISSIONS**: Reporting to the Services Product Owner Leader, you participate in the implementation of the future CAD and PLM solution for your functional area in the Group using the most "out of the box" approach possible, in collaboration with the IT&D teams. As Services Product Owner, you will work with PLM project Director and PLM project team, PUs management and business departments, IT&D coordinator and all Manitou users. You will also work with IT service providers (hardware and software). Your missions and main responsabilities: - Responsible for one or more processes, you are the privileged and permanent communicator of the operational teams. - Define the target processes for your scope. - Analyze and deal with the difficulties of your scope between the business and the "out of the box" solution of the tool, in connection with the integrators and the editor of the solution by proposing the necessary process changes. - Deploy the standard processes defined as part of the project, while adapting to local specificities if applicable. - Define the business needs to be translated into the solution, in particular by writing the specifications in collaboration with the business analysts. - Configure the solution based on the core model. - Participate in the writing of test books and user supports. - Perfom tests to validate the data migration from your scope and the solutions defined. - Train, communicate and lead change within the business. - Organize and ensure post go-live suport. - Collaborate with the other Product Owners to contribute to the overall con
