**What you'll do**:
The Design Operations team at Doctolib plays a vital role in enabling the design and research organization to deliver value at scale. We are responsible for building the systems that enable us to evolve as an organization, and to operate in new ways while delivering impactful product outcomes to our users.

We are looking for a motivated Research Program Intern to join that team and support the recruitment needs of our research team. In this role, you will support the ways that our research team recruits consumers and healthcare professionals. You will work closely with our User Research team, as well as our Operations team, to enable and optimize the way we run research.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Recruiting, screening, and coordinating research participants. Coordinating with internal research stakeholders as a part of our product development processes.
- Maintaining and updating documentation related to our overall recruitment process, which is owned by our Global Recruitment Lead.
- Contributing to the continuous evolution of our recruitment processes by identifying pain points and developing systemic solutions.
- Partnering with our legal and finance teams to facilitate participant contracting and compensation.

**Who you are**:
You could be our next team mate if you are:

- Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Business Management, Research, Design, or Psychology.
- Comfortable with a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Organized, and comfortable navigating sets of data in Excel or related tools
- A great communicator
- Fluent in French and English

Now, it would be fantastic if you are:

- Familiar with, or has a background in user experience research, user experience design, market research
- Interested in learning more about the healthcare industry, user experience design, or user experience research.

We provide 2 working modes, depending on your team set up.
- Hybrid: you work 3 days per week from the office
- Office-based: you always work from the office

- An interview with our Talent Partner (30 minutes)
- An interview with your future Manager (30 minutes)
- An interview with a Researcher (30 minutes)
