Apprentice - Finance Treasury

The Finance and Administration Department at INSEAD encompasses a diverse range of critical functions, including Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Finance, Legal, Procurement, Risk, and Audit. This department plays a pivotal role in ensuring the institution's financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency, supporting INSEAD's mission to deliver world-class education and research.

**INSEAD**is seeking an **Apprentice**Treasury**to join our Treasury team within the Finance department. This is an apprenticeship based at our **Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.**

**About the Job**

The purpose of the apprentice position is to assist Treasury Team with some time consuming and recurrent tasks so that they can concentrate on active treasury management and implement new projects. With the increased volume of banking activities and the wider scope of treasury management (new entities, new banks, new projects), the apprentice will support the overload by covering basic and recurring duties.

**Your role within the team**
- Identify and integrate treasury flows in multi-country treasury management system Kyriba
- Interact with banks on daily issues related to the bank transactions (incoming and outgoing payments, bank fees, etc.)
- Interact with Account Payable & Account Receivable teams in relation to their queries
- Prepare treasury reports
- Manage and update the documentation required by the banks (KYC, powers of attorney, tax and legal documentation)
- Ideally, you will start in September 2025 a Bachelor in Finance/Treasury or any other related field.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Both autonomous and collaborative. Team player.
- Multitasking and flexible.
- Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international environment.
- An aptitude for numbers.
- Good level of English and French, both written and spoken.

In France, apprenticeship contracts are agreements combining work and study, allowing young individuals to gain vocational training and practical experience while being paid and working towards a diploma or qualification.
