Spare Parts Business Area Manager Eca Mea

Manage the quote-to-cash process for Sidel spare parts sales by leading the PA team who is preparing quotes, managing orders and other spare parts flow-related activities. Management of the team of PA in terms of workload, process compliance, training, process improvement. Supportive commercial role. Animate the offer and order process with regions drives spare parts performance and communications with regions. Ensure sales objectives are reached and business opporunities are addressed with regions.
**Your Mission**:
- Manage the team of part administrators
- Animate with supply chain performance.
- Communication and harmonization of best practices amongst PA
- Follow-up of selected quotations for spare parts to maximize sales commercial animation with Sales force; promote upselling
- Prepare activity reports
- If applicable, manage the team in the main hub and satellites
- Ensure that PA team is trained on Equipment IB basics (and 360° on SSO)
- Proposal on processes improvements
**Your Profile**:
Upper Secondary (employement relevant skills)
College Degree, major in trade, language, logistics or/and information Technology
English
Other languages depending upon region covered is a plus
