Position Duties
We are looking for an Associate producer to collaborate with the production team in Montpellier and coordinate part of the Wild team. You will help to keep a constant contact with different teams, internal functional teams, and publisher representatives.
Your missions:
- You will be part of the production team taking on a variety of tasks to help ship the game
- You will organize a sub-team's work, remove roadblocks and evaluate risks, all while making sure the team can do their best work and keep scope of the project in line with schedule
- You will ensure goals are clear, communicated and expectations are managed
- You will support the creation and maintenance of reporting on the project
Who you are:
- You have been involved during the entire production process of a AA or AAA game on a production role (from conception to shipping the product)
- You have good organizational skills
- You are good at solving problems and have good project management skills
- You are a great communicant and have strong interpersonal skills
- You have good knowledge of product development and production cycle
- You have strong project management practices and software including Confluence, Jira, Office suite
- You are fluent both in English and French on a professional level
- You have adequate knowledge of the diverse technologies used in the video games development
- You have good knowledge of consoles and video games genres
Requirements:
- You have been involved during the entire production process of a AA or AAA game on a production role (from conception to shipping the product)
- Experience coordinating product development efforts with functional teams
- You know how listen and be heard in a respectful manner
- You know what diplomacy means and how to keep a team on track.
- You are curious, flexible, and able to work with deadlines.
- You know how to use project management methods and tools
- Good analyzing and summarizing capacity to identify and simply describe an issue
