Scientific Community Creator

Da Vinci Labs is a deep tech incubator based in Touraine (France), dedicated to supporting start-ups leveraging quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, and synthetic biology to tackle major environmental challenges.

We are seeking our new **Scientific Community Creator & Manager** to join the team

**Responsibilities**
- Establish and execute the community management plan
- Develop and grow relevant Da Vinci Labs communities. We intend to deploy the JOGL (Just One Giant Lab) ecosystem management tool
- Transfer existing communication assets created on other platforms (LinkedIn mainly) to JOGL to ensure long-term use of the developed content for our EU projects
- Engage and activate the Da Vinci Labs community, as well as the communities for our research projects (SWIFT, EMERGE, EQUALITY) and technical verticals (quantum technologies, synthetic biology, AI).
- Identify opportunities for community development on other social media platforms
- Engage the communities by creating relevant content that promotes the company's visibility; highlights its activities and projects through digital channels, and develops relevant and engaging cross-platform content
- Develop and manage comprehensive communication plans around the company's initiatives in partnership with the communication team
- Write blog posts / contents and relevant articles about the company and share them across social media platforms
- Generate and distribute periodic newsletters about the company, as needed
- Translate the project's technical language into clear and user-friendly content for diverse audiences

**Qualification & expertise**
- General scientific background with understanding of deep tech
- Experience in digital marketing, communication, business, and project management, particularly in the context of deep tech
- Excellent storytelling, communication, writing and networking skills
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing communication and marketing activities
- Proven experience working on multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience in managing social media channels
- Excellent English skills are mandatory, and knowledge of French is an advantage
- Is a team player and has a true passion for deep tech and its impact, along with an understanding of basic science
- Has excellent writing and verbal skills in both English and French
- Is detail-oriented, proactive, autonomous and creative
- Has experience in managing social media platforms
- Can adapt the communication content to the different stakeholders
- Is based in the Centre-Val-de Loire région and willing to work at the office

Rémunération : 2 000,00€ à 2 500,00€ par mois
