**Role overview**
To future-proof Ermitage International School’s current success and trajectory by supporting the Director of Admissions (DOA) in:
- Developing and implementing student recruitment strategies, aligned with the vision, aims and strategic priorities of Ermitage International School.
- Overseeing communications across the Ermitage community with a view to strengthening the school’s standing and reputation with all key stakeholders.
- Ensuring the optimum number of students within the International Baccalaureate (IB) section, monitoring and responding to key market trends in student recruitment and revising strategies and tactical marketing plans where appropriate.
- Operating alongside and in support of the school’s marketing manager in the development and alignment of marketing, advertising and networking strategies as required.
**Key responsibilities**
- Supporting the delivery of the admissions strategy for recruiting both French and international students primarily within the IB section. Liaison with the Head and SLT members to ensure the optimum number of students are admitted to each year group within the school and that those students meet the admissions criteria determined by the pedagogical team.
- Deliver an impressive, effective, and efficient admissions process for all day and boarding applicants which reflects the ethos of Ermitage School. Currently using the ‘Open Apply’ admissions MIS.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with feeder schools, corporate partners and international agents, including input into a busy outreach programme of events.
- In support of the DOA, systematically and regularly review and develop admissions procedures after monitoring outcomes and effectiveness of all activities.
- Support the development of strategies aimed at building relationships with prospective parents, standards of service, customer experience and engagement, communication, data capture and promotional events.
- Liaison with the Head and key members of staff on admissions testing processes, scholarships and bursary awards.
- Regularly provide, analyse, and accurately forecast and report on admissions statistics and data.
- Assist in the roll out and follow up of the re-enrollment process for the International and French sections.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the DOA.
**Person Specification**
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English is essential.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Previous experience of admissions in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
