Supply-chain Coordinator

As a Supply-Chain project manager at COSFIBEL you will be responsible for handling the logistics flows in delivery high level of support from point of departure: our suppliers mainly in China to our customer’s warehouse (Worldwide) in accordance with the customer’s needs.

You will support the company's CSR transition in terms of supply chain.

Your main tasks:

- Daily communication with our business partners like forwarding agents, hauliers (quotation, negotiation, booking, rate tracking, securing space)
- Communication with suppliers
- Handling customers service queries
- KPI follow up: OTIF, Transport budget
- Coordinate domestics and international shipments via our freight forwarders (road, ocean, rail and air)
- Prepare related customs documents accurately and timely (Invoice, PL, BOL.).
- Liaise with internal team, purchasing and customer service, to answer inquiries regarding shipment status.
- Optimized costs and leadtime
- Problem solving (customs authorities, customers )
- Reconcile all international shipments with International Finance department for shipment closure.

- Customer-centric culture and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively and work well under pressure
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with a desire focused on continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree minimum (BAC+3) in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent work experience
- A great experience of international transport (practice and procedure and a solid understanding of export & import shipment flows.
- ERP system experience
- Perfect Knowledge and mastery of incoterm
- English: Operational level minimum
