**YOU ARE**

**An experienced Talent Acquisition professional**- you have strong knowledge of talent sourcing tools (LinkedIn, HireEZ, or recruiting AI platforms) and understand how to proactively develop robust talent pipelines for a variety of roles. You thrive on filling positions with high-quality talent and function with a sense of urgency. Understanding the hiring needs of the business and the impact certain roles will have on the organization is part of your approach to recruiting.

**REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS**
- Proven experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferably within a corporate Talent Acquisition team.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and execution of talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring manager relationships and recruiting priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), talent sourcing tools and job boards.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- ** MUST be fluent in English AND French verbal and written communication - this is a mandatory requirement**; preference will be given to applicants who meet theses fluency requirements and verbal and written communication fluency/proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Arabic, German, Italian, Polish, and Spanish
- ** MUST be willing to work onsite in one of the following French locations**: Sevrey, Lozanne, Vierzon, Placher-Bas, Roissy, Villers-Cotterets or Laguepie, France
