**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Marketing Assistant to join our EMEA team for a six-month internship, starting in January. This role is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Product Launch Coordination**:

- Coordinate the launch of over 50 collections annually across 18 EMEAI markets.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and identify market trends.
- ** Data Analysis and Insights**:

- Analyze sales data from SAP/BI to identify performance trends and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with regional teams (visual merchandising, events, social media, advertising, and online) to ensure seamless product launches.
- Provide strategic guidance and creative assets to support market initiatives.
- ** Market Support**:

- Offer daily support to EMEAI markets to ensure efficient information dissemination.
- ** Forecasting and Planning**:

- Develop forecasting guidelines for new product launches and update plans as needed.
- ** Communication and Reporting**:

- Create and distribute weekly regional newsletters to keep affiliates informed.
- Manage product lineup changes and assortment strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for trends
