Do you like new challenge and to be part of the creation of a new history page? Then, you are the one we’re looking for to join our EasyVista micro-enterprise as EasyVista Solution Architect

After being one of the most world player on the ServiceNow sphere, we have the willing to diversify our activities and to launch our EasyVista offer
This is the result of our convictions to continue our nice growing up and to find accelerators on the ITSM market. As a result, we decided to create a EasyVista dedicated team and we are looking for the person who will carry the offer.

As a EasyVista Solution Architect, you will be responsible to build the offer, to develop the business and to bring a high level of expertise to the team. Also, you will be responsible to design and deliver maintainable and quality solutions meeting customers’ needs.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be the following ones:

- Advising customers on EasyVista, sharing and providing expertise;
- Supporting the sales team in developing the business (Sale/Pre-Sale), define and pitch “Use Cases”, thanks to your knowledge of EasyVista;
- Understanding customers’ needs and being responsible for HLD (High Level Design) and LLD (Low Level Design);
- Ensuring the quality and maintainability of the solution;
- Leading workshops (functional, presales );
- Acting as a Tech Lead for EasyVista related projects on an internal and external level;
- Preparing reports, compelling presentations, proposals and further documentation for customers and/or for internal purpose;
- Working closely with other architects and consultants from Fujitsu, at the EMEIA level.

**Your profile**
You have a Bachelor or University degree in a beta study and 5-10 years’ experience working with ITSM tools as an Architect, including a minimum of 5 years working on EasyVista.
As a person you are a true team-worker with strong customer-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills. You are able to multitask, develop a confidence climate, convince but also step back when necessary. You also are results and sales driven, adaptable, source of proposal and responsive. On top of that, you’re up for a new and beautiful adventure, and can’t wait to participating in the development of our EasyVista micro-enterprise
