**What You'll Do**

As a pivotal Product Manager II for Synthetic Testing and Monitoring you'll lead, innovate, and drive significant growth:

- **Own and supercharge the Synthetics business**: Drive accelerated adoption, optimize the onboarding experience, fuel customer expansion, and ensure robust revenue growth.
- **Define and deliver the ultimate end-to-end Synthetics testing experience**: From intuitive onboarding to seamless test creation and management, ensuring actionable troubleshooting and enabling customers to master testing at scale.
- **Forge deep integrations**: Lead critical collaborations with other Datadog teams to deliver profoundly integrated experiences that unlock new levels of insight and value.
- **Strategize and amplify**: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to perfect positioning, empower field teams with best practices, and orchestrate impactful product launches.
- **Be the voice of the customer**: Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, intricate use cases, and the competitive landscape to strategically inform our roadmap and Go-To-Market strategy.
- **Pioneer AI innovation**: Actively embrace and champion AI-driven product development to decisively shape the future of synthetic testing.

**Who You Are**:
We're seeking a visionary Product Manager with a proven track record and a passion for pushing boundaries:

- **Experienced Leader**: You bring 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong preference for backgrounds in observability, distributed systems, serverless, or platform infrastructure.
- **Exceptional Communicator**: Your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are outstanding, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts with clarity and impact to diverse audiences.
- **Customer Champion**: You care deeply about the customer experience, holding an uncompromising bar for clarity, consistency, and quality in every product you deliver.
- **Growth Minded**: You are energized by a high-growth, fast-paced environment, eager to build foundational systems and scale product capabilities that will positively impact thousands of users globally.
