Nous recherchons un Financial Manager (F/H) en CDI, pour notre client, acteur mondial majeur des Transports et Services en croissance exponentielle.
Le poste est situé dans le 92 proche à Suresnes.

En tant que Financial Manager, vous serez en charge des études financières préalables aux développements commerciaux sur les BU Câble et Renouvelable.
**Vos missions seront les suivantes**:

- Elaborer les business plan des BU et des projets en cours,
- Contrôler et faire le reporting des flux financiers auprès du contrôleur de gestion groupe,
- Participer à la réflexion des développements commerciaux en identifiant des propositions de solutions de financement avec le département Finance du groupe, et à la rédaction des offres commerciales dans le cadre de nouveaux projets,
- Construire les budgets avec des objectifs ambitieux, établir les reforecast, effectuer l’analyse des variances entre le réalisé et le budget prévisionnel ainsi qu’au niveau des business plan de projets,
- Proposer des solutions pour améliorer la performance financière et la réduction des coûts en s’appuyant sur des benchmarks et des analyses spécifiques.
**Financements d'investissements**:
- Participer aux montages de financements d’actifs et corporate,
- Suivi des financements / endettement (Finance Active à déployer dans le groupe),
- Suivi des covenants / certificats de conformité / Waiver,
- Participer aux solutions de refinancement de filiales par la mise en place de prêts intragroupes ou de garanties,
- Suivi des garanties reçues ou données (engagement hors bilan).
De plus, en qualité de Financial Manager, vous partagez la responsabilité de la performance économique et financière de la division commerciale avec les Managing Directors. Vous traduisez de manière quantitative les ambitions stratégiques des activités dont vous assurez le business controlling en soutien des Managing Directors.
**Votre profil**:
Diplômé(e) d'une grande école (de commerce ou d’ingénieur) avec une spécialisation Audit, Finance ou encore Contrôle Financier, vous présentez une expérience d'au minimum 5 ans sur un poste similaire.
Vous êtes doté d’un très bon relationnel : ouverture d’esprit et le leadership sont vos maîtres-mots. Les chiffres et leur analyse ne vous font pas peur et vous avez une forte appétence pour le commercial. Vous maitrisez impérativement l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.
**Rémunération**:
- Entre 70K€ et 75K€ de fixe sur 12 mois,
- 5% de variable.
