- La prise en compte des besoins en analyses et mise en place de decks d?analyse et recommandations associées
- La mise en place de tableaux de bord / reporting en lien avec les besoins de(s) squad(s)
- Le déploiement et le suivi de la backlog de tests et de personnalisation, gestion de comité, implémentation des UC dans l?outil, recettage et tracking des performances
- Un support conduite du changement aux outils et à la démarche CRO
