- **️ Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the LAB team to design, develop, and implement custom solutions for our internal needs.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain the production solutions, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. - Identify internal pains and explore potential solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, CS, Data, CRM, Marketing, Finance and C-Level) to ensure the solutions provided meet the needs and provide added value.
- Develop and implement internal tools to improve cross-team productivity and efficiency (Client account access management interface and CRM-connected Chrome extension)
- Leverage LLMs possibilities to automate and enhance internal processes, examples projects:
- Generate scripts and content for client facing teams
- Automate CRM filling through text and audio analyses
- Customer and Team Member supports knowledge support agent creation

**What we are looking for**:
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Full working proficiency in French and ideally in English
- Proficiency with Docker and CI/CD tools.
- Already played with some LLMs
- Experience with deploying solutions in cloud environments, preferably using Terraform.
- Experience in Python and React.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
- Proven track record in thinking outside the box and delivering impactful results.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to finding solutions.
- Ability to work closely with business teams in english to achieve goals.
