Rejoignez une CRO en plein développement qui a pour vocation de devenir leader, soyez l'acteur de son développement en ayant l'opportunité de redynamiser le département en apportant votre expérience tant qu'Alliance Manager. Vous aurez la chance de gérer des projets d'envergure et des comptes clés pour le laboratoire.

**Positionnement du poste**:
Prend part à la gestion opérationnelle des contrats Drive-InPact au sein du service Alliance Management et au bon déroulé des partenariats et respects des contrats via les outils de coordination (macroplanning, dashboard)
Prend part au suivi des macroplannings et dashboards des contrats InPact - Drive
Structure et coordonne les nouvelles demandes clients auprès des Directeurs de département et Directeurs de laboratoire en associant les Directeurs d'Etudes concernés
Garantie le chiffrage des Work Statements (WS) et leur émission en collaboration avec les Alliance Support de l'unité
Garantie la planification des études et leur lancement dans les temps nécessaires au(x) laboratoire(s) en collaboration avec les Alliance Support de l'unité, les Directeurs de Département et le client
Prend part au suivi budgétaire des contrats InPact - Drive
Contribue aux chiffrages, planifications et facturations des études des contrats InPact - Drive
Assure la coordination entre les équipes au sein d'un même contrat (plateformes externes, site de la CRO, équipes DE)
Contribue à l'optimisation des process de l'Alliance Management et la mise en place de nouveaux outils

**Les compétences requises pour le poste**:
**Formation**: Master 2 avec une formation scientifique en biologie et/ou gestion de projets

**Expérience exigée ou souhaitée**: expérience dans la gestion de projets en entreprise, expérience client
Bilingue Anglais écrit, Oral Obligatoire

**Techniques**:
Connaissance de l'environnement pharmaceutique et biotechnologique
Gestion des données sous Excel
Utilisation de logiciels de planification (MS Project)

**Les points qui feront la différence**:
Connaissances de l'oncologie et des principales techniques de biologie
Connaissance de règles BPL, BPC

Informatiques

Bonne maitrise des tableurs
Utilisation de la messagerie et d'internet
Maitrise traitement de texte et Powerpoint
