**About your role**

Logistics is a pain for both retailers and brands. Independent retailers struggle with inventory management and reliable delivery while brands prefer to focus on marketing and product. Our mission is to delight our customers by creating an amazing product and delivery experience. We want to set new standards for businesses and brands.

We help brands ship their orders seamlessly and everywhere by partnering with the most relevant logistics partners. We help retailers by respecting the promised delivery date, decreasing click-to-order lead times, securing inventory and making sure the product comes in perfect condition. The logistics department was created in June 2021. This is a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact on our customers and to get a 360 view on the e-commerce BtoB supply chain (transportation, fulfillment, cross-border shipping).

We believe interns can and should have responsibilities (we all started somewhere). This role will therefore bear true responsibilities. You will:

- Own programs aimed to improve service level, decrease costs or enhance our value proposition
- Work closely with stakeholders from customer service, brand support, BI team, Ops strat, external logistics partners, finance
- Align and present tech asks to the product and tech teams
- Track progress: develop KPIs and own ongoing performance tracking of logistic performance
- Setup support: assess technical feasibility with data science team to set up dashboards
- Report of the team activity & performances

**What We Are Looking For**
- Analytical, curious, creativity & proactivity
- Ability to work closely with teams
- You enjoy and are used to working in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment
- Experienced in a similar role (within a startup is a plus)
- Fluent in English
- You have experience in data analysis and data visualization
- You have basic knowledge of supply chain
