The role and the team

To tackle our challenges, we are recruiting our next Supply Chain & Transportation Controller (M/F) for our Controlling team This position is based in Lestrem. This global position is dedicated to monitoring and analyzing the performance of the Supply Chain function internationally outside Europe (America/China/India and Southeast Asia).

Your main missions will be:

- Dashboards: Creation, updating, timely publication, animation of Fixed Costs, Workforce, and Outsourced Activities
- Analysis and monitoring of global transport costs of goods
- Data management: Database management, extraction, reliability control, selection, exploitation of relevant information, synthesis.
- Accounting and Financial Closure: Active participation in the closure. Calculation of accounting provisions, control of system information (SAP).
- Transversal Processes (Reforecast, Budget, MTP): Contribution to forecast and budget processes, including coordination, collection, synthesis, and integration of information into BOARD, SAP, Qlik systems.
- Productivity Actions: Steering productivity initiatives for the global supply chain, ensuring compliance with calculation standards.
- Development Projects: In terms of the Logistics network, participation in project setup, cost tracking, and assessments.
- Business Partner and Performance player:

- Analysis and monitoring of performance indicators and associated action plans, proposing recommendations.
- Contribution to enhancing the financial culture among operational actors in the Supply Chain.

What will we like about you?

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Transportation Controller (M/F) with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to analyze numerical information while respecting deadlines. You are also recognized for your communication skills, especially in communicating with field operators who are distant from financial matters, as well as your ability to synthesize, work in a team, and take leadership on Controlling topics.

And also:
- Holder of a BAC + 5 degree in Finance, Management Control.- Professional experience in a similar position, particularly in Audit, Management Control.- Expertise in database management.- Ability to extract raw information from systems. To do this, knowing SAP transactions and the BI environment to extract data.-
- Mastery of Analytical Accounting and general accounting concepts.- Knowledge of continuous improvement.- Fluent English is essential.- Ability to work in a team, take leadership on Controlling topics.- Knowledge of Power Automate and AI tools.
