Demand Planner

Core Responsibilities

Training in the LEGO® demand planning tools and processes will be provided.- Pick up accountability for demand planning a subset of the business.
- Maintain the data that supports the forecasting tools.
- Upload product launch and promotional activities into the forecasting tools.
- Manage and respond to demand exceptions.
- Provide reports and analysis on the forecast accuracy.
- Be the go to person for the planning of promotional activities for the sales team, and upload data into the forecasting tools
- Work with marketing team to gather relevant information regarding marketing plans, to input into the forecasts

In this role you will be a member of our France/Iberia Operations team. Its purpose is to make sure that our consumers can find the right products at retailers and that this process happens in the most efficient way. More concretely, the team delivers demand plans, order management, inventory management, customer operations and generally secures operational infrastructure for other market functions (Sales, Marketing).

**Do** **you** **have** **what** **it** **takes?**- A good understanding of supply chain operations within a consumer packaged goods environment (FMCG, Consumer electronics )
- Excellent analytics skills with the ability to analyse data from multiple sources.
- An ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
- A flair for communicating detailed findings to various partners in a concise manner that is easy to understand and influences others.
- Proficient user of MS Office (a love of, and skill for Excel is key); experience in SAP is an advantage.
- Sharp attention to number accuracy and detail.
- A teammate with a challenger spirit - you are driven by the desire to bring value to the company
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French and Spanish are a plus.**What’s in it for you?**
