L’entreprise que nous accompagnons est un éditeur de logiciels basé à Dardilly.

Nous l’aidons à recruter un Head of Product H/F en CDI.

**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

Le Head of Product H/F est responsable de la livraison des logiciels. On entend par livraison produit, les versions des logiciels, la documentation, la formalisation des bénéfices utilisateurs.

Il est donc responsable de l’équipe marketing produit, en charge de l’analyse des besoins marché, de la rédaction des spécifications, du design du logiciel et de la recette des versions.

Il est également responsable de l’équipe de développement, de l’organisation des sprints de développement, du maintien de l’équipe au niveau technique requis, du respect des meilleures pratiques de développement, des tests unitaires, des tests d’intégration.

Son rôle est d’anticiper les besoins du marché et imaginer les solutions qui apportent le plus de valeur, c’est-à-dire le meilleur compromis entre bénéfice client / coût de développement / simplicité d’usage.

Il est en charge de la conception de la Roadmap des logiciels et la présente en interne et en externe.

De formation informatique, vous avez une expérience réussie dans le management d’équipes techniques et/ou fonctionnelles.

Vous avez un passé de développeur, idéalement sur les technologies C# /.NET.

Vous savez piloter une roadmap produit, idéalement en méthodologie agile Scrum.

Enfin, vous avez un niveau d’anglais professionnel au minimum.

Humble, rigoureux et organisé, vous savez faire preuve de leadership.
