Maintenance / Inspection / Technologies, Opérations Exploitation, Projets Industriels - COURBEVOIE(PLD)-TOUR CBX(FRA) - France **Description du poste** - The positions activities... - Oversee technical operations including project management, engineering, and operations & maintenance for Distributed Generation Europe (DG/EUR) hub - Identify and implement processes and systems necessary to scale technical organization to construct and operate a DG/EUR portfolio in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner - Coordinate a multi-level team of local project delivery professionals (project managers, project engineers,, etc.) with adequate balance between internal and external resources - Scale the technical organization which maintaining high employee engagement enabling career progression and competency development in the technical organization - Oversee the assessment and award of EPC contractors in collaboration with each country of the DG/EUR hub. - Provide support for due diligence in case of M&A development projects and issue recommendations to the management of DG/EUR, in collaboration with the local organization - Conduct regular and processed reviews, technical inspections / audits of the projects - from pre-design / final design / Tender and choice of the EPC or O&M phases by the local organizations - Responsible for the coordination of Monthly “execution project review” and “O&M / Performance asset review”, as well as for reporting at Hub level, according to the templates provided by REN/DG Central - Share transverse information across the Hub, ensuring a consistent rolled out of standards and regular REX - Provide transparent information to management on progress of projects under execution or operation in the hub - Ensure high HSE standards at all times and promotes company values to teams, contractors, clients, partners and all stakeholders - Identifies and implements procurement strategies to keep pricing highly competitive - Supporting sales and business development efforts on technical aspects of customer acquisition - Participate in the continuous improvement process of DG's technical entities, through the exchange of best practices and development workshops with Central DG and other Hubs The positions dimensions...**Scope of responsibility**: The Technical Director will be responsible for growing TotalEnergies’s leadership in the I&C solar sector by developing its technical operations, engineering design, and project delivery capabilities. This entails set up of project delivery organization across the region.**Geographical Coverage**: Geographically, this will cover Europe (ex-France) with current focus on Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Germany and potential to add other countries - **Financials & Investment**: The technical director will be responsible for running 3 major activities - Engineering, Project Management & O&M. - Covering design, construction, commissioning, and operational oversight of projects. In aggregate, this will entail the construction of >1 GW of distributed solar assets by 2030.**HSE**: Strong HSE dimension for project construction sites. **Contexte et Environnement** - Keeping competitive pricing and balancing other sales needs while maintaining very high HSE and quality standards - Executing projects with tight budget and schedule - Maintaining very high HSE standards - Recruiting and retaining a highly capable team in markets with limited existing talent pool available with DG solar experience **Profil recherché** - You have a bachelor degree in Engineering; Master’s Degree is a plus with an Extensive experience setting up and running operations with larger numbers of people - You have more than 10 years experience in the engineering, project management, program management. Project delivery with at least 5 years in management / leadership position is a plus. - You have an experience in I&C solar projects is a plus - including engineering, construction, project management, and / or operation of projects - Working experience in EUR region is a plus, including proven project track record and management of local teams - You have experience in negotiations of EPC contracts; negotiation of regional procurement contracts is a plus - English, French and other European language is a plus **Réfèrence** - 61186BR **Métier** - Resp.
