Fever is a US company with a team of over 1000 people, currently present in more than 80 cities, with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, and Sydney. In order to pursue our objective, we are looking for bar-raisers, people that want to work hard, have fun, and make history with us. **Essential Job Functions**: This will be a full-time touring position. Your general responsibilities, under the supervision of the Technical Director, will include: - Ability and desire to tour full-time. - Maintain a flexible schedule for work calls, special events, rehearsal/training, maintenance and evening show performances. - Highly organized and efficient. Time management skills are key. - Leadership skills and experience directing local teams during loading and loadouts. - A quick thinking problem-solver with the ability to find strategic solutions, during time constraints and at times a high-pressured environment. - Collaborative approach and willingness to evolve all aspects the department, including regular reviews and incorporation of better safety protocols, operating procedures, and team dynamic. - Preserve the on-going; long-term "opening night" quality, the designer's vision, and the artistic integrity of the production according to the needs of artistic, technical and company management. - Maintain a safe working environment at all times, by adhering to all established safety policies and procedures, tour rules and regulations; participate in all required safety classes. - Accepting all other duties as assigned by the Technical Director. **Job Specific Requirements**: - Set up, break down, operate and troubleshoot video equipment including LED video screens, projectors, video monitors, connecting wires and cables and related electronic equipment for shows, rehearsals and other events. - Run deck cue tracks, as directed for artist training, and special events. - Assist fly-in lead audio technician with the load-in and load-out of all audio equipment. - Physical ability to lift and carry heavy loads, walk, stand, sit, crouch, bend, stretch and reach. - Maintain cue track documentation and participate in cue track rotation, as directed. - Inspect and maintain video equipment, ensure all documentation is current and formally recorded. - Utilize maintenance databases and other software tools to track all preventative and reactive maintenance routines, as well as any other information pertinent to the security of the show's run. - Ensure equipment and supplies are stocked in sufficient quantity to ensure the on-going needs of the production. - Observe safe wiring practices and maintain equipment, in accordance with industry standards for safe operations. - Participate in special projects, including the installation of new video show elements - Develop a thorough knowledge of video department equipment. - Assist with the cross-training program to backup operators. - Learn and run other pertinent show tracks to ensure the safe and continued operation of the show, as required by the Technical Director. - At least three years prior experience with LED walls, TV, and video equipment preferred - Previous touring experience preferred - Ability to read, create, and edit A/V/C technical specifications and system drawing - Basic working knowledge of audio systems - Working knowledge of digital test equipment for troubleshooting and repairs. - Comprehension of basic principles of AC/DC electricity, basic electronics, and computer operations, as it pertains to lighting systems. - 10-hour OSHA course completion card a plus. - Current First-Aid certification a plus. - Experience with Vectorworks and Qlab preferred. - Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Must have working knowledge of Google platform. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Ability to work in North America, UK, EU, and South America. - Must have a valid driver's license. - Fluency in English, both written and verbal. - Although not a pre-employment condition, this position requires you to be fully vaccinated.
