**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |**About the role**

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Data Privacy and Risk Operations Specialist to spearhead data compliance initiatives and manage risks across our global operations. This critical dual role requires a dynamic individual who will ensure the organization complies with regulatory obligations while proactively identifying and mitigating data and business continuity risks. Furthermore, the DPRO Specialist will also drive a culture of risk awareness, fully aligned with Exclusive Networks' Risks & compliance strategy. This role is based in Paris, Boulogne Billancourt at our HQ.

**As a Data Privacy & Risks Operations Specialist, you will**:

- Provide expert guidance on GDPR, NIS, IA directives, and other regulations while supporting the global data protection compliance strategy, including data mapping.
- Embed Privacy by Design into projects, products, and initiatives, including the negotiation of Data Protection Agreements, and maintain up-to-date data protection policies and procedures.
- Manage data breach protocols, incident resolution, and regulatory reporting while fostering a culture of accountability through training programs and awareness initiatives.
- Develop and implement a risk management framework aligned with strategic goals, and oversee risk assessments with effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Group Risk Committee meetings to address key exposures and ensure operational resilience.
- Manage insurance coverage by coordinating with insurers and internal stakeholders to optimize protection.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |**About you**

**The ideal DPRO Specialist is and has**:

- **GDPR and Global Privacy Knowledge**:Expertise in GDPR and related global privacy regulations.
- **Analytical Expertise**:The ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical, actionable strategies.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and educate senior stakeholders.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years in data protection, privacy compliance, or risk management, preferably in multinational organizations.
- **Project Management Skills**: A proven track record of managing complex, risk-related projects.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English.
- **Strategic and Hands-On**:The ability to think strategically while executing operational tasks with precision.
