Maintenance Transformation Program Leader

Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines : Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen. **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**

The Maintenance Transformation Program Leader is responsible for driving significant changes and improvements in the operationnal maintenance for the medium and long terms according the reliability and safety target, group and IMS program.

This role involves leading a comprehensive transformation initiative to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the maintenance processes.

She / He is in charge of improving the operational maintenance process and lead the transformation.

She / He is in charge of process optimization with the aim of making process more agilie and efficient, integrating the digital transformation.

She / He will be interface of the maintenance excellence leaders, Utility manager, SME, R&D, maintenance manager in the frame of the maintenance projects transformation and process industrialization to ensure a sustainable and robust running mode for a full cultur integration inside the operation team.

A Maintenance Transformation Program Leader plays an important role in modernizing and future-proofing the maintenance function within an organization.

Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, change management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across different departments.

**1. Strategic Planning and Change Management**
- Contribut to develop a clear vision and strategy for the maintenance transformation program with the maintenance director and Maintenance Excellence Leader. This includes defining objectives, goals, and key performance indicators that align with the overall business strategy and Policy to the reliability performance.
- Lead the change management process to ensure a smooth transition from existing maintenance practices to the new, improved processes. This involves gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, addressing resistance to change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and rigourous of execution.

**2. Improves and industrialize the maintenance processes**
- Contribut to analyze the current maintenance processes, execution and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices, lean methodologies, and other process optimization techniques to streamline workflows, reduce downtime, and increase overall efficiency.
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement, rigourous within the maintenance team. Encourage feedback, monitor results, and iterate on processes to ensure ongoing optimization.

**3. Training And Development**
- Provide training programs associated to the trasformation for maintenance staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to implement and sustain new processes. This may involve creating training materials, conducting workshops, and monitoring progress.

**4. Management of Maintenance Project**
- Manages project or prorgam of maintenance transformation from study to the sustainable running mode
- She/ He will ensure with the maintenance expert support in the execution phase:
+ Technical specification (in accordance with Air Liquide guideline)
+ Validation process (in cooperations with SMEs and Operations)
+ Set up of Project deployment package including the handover to execution team
+ Set up of relevant KPI for process effectiveness follow up

**5. Specific Projects List**

She / He will be in charge of the main maintenance projectsand program transformation already engaged (RFQ, Realibility program,..) supported by the maintenance expert for execution phase.

**Key Job Experience**
- Experience in Maintenance
- Knowledge on Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS

(MAXIMO should be).
- Experience and knowledge in project management
- Power BI or reporting tools
