SERGI Transformer Protector (SERGI TP), world leader in transformer explosion and fire prevention located in Taverny (95), France is looking for individual eager to grow, work in a multi-culture organization & international environment.

In close collaboration with the Project Area Managers, the After Sales Engineer (H/F) comes after the sale of our protection solution for electrical transformers and provides various functions, according to the needs of SERGI TP: Maintenance, repair, or exchange if necessary. Customer support for the use of our protection solution.

**QUALIFICATION**: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer

**EXPERIENCE**:3 years of experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Service Technician

**LANGUAGES REQUIred**: Excellent English language skills (perfect writing

and speaking mandatory), **French is not mandatory.**

- Knowledge of common concepts, practices & procedures within engineering field
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
- 20% travel required, must have passport (available for worldwide missions)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with strong knowledge of Excel and MS Word.
- Additional requirements: Analytic and conceptual skills, functional and technical skills, and thoroughness.
- Knowledge of generation, transmission and distribution electrical utilities would be helpful.

**IN-OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Organize workload for After Sales and Sales Mission processes.
- Identify potential sales. (Spare parts, maintenance contracts...)
- Provide customer support in the form of, but not limited to, technical assistance, troubleshooting, spare parts quotes and engagement orders.
- Provide direct support to management and contribute to STP benefits.
- Maintain and update service metrics.
- Document work by saving data; update databases.

**ON-SITE RESPONSIBILITES**
- Provide client support in the form of, but not limited to, technical assistance and troubleshooting.
- Perform maintenance of products based on client’s request.
- Perform testing and present product maintenance and operation.

Status: Cadre

**Salary**: 40,000.00€ - 44,000.00€ per year
