**About this role**:
As a Senior Product Manager for our Mobile App, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of how property managers use Hostaway on the go. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our mobile app, ensuring it meets the needs of our core users: property managers, owners, and cleaners. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and marketers to deliver a seamless and efficient mobile experience that helps our users manage their day-to-day operations with ease. To be successful in this role you will have to put yourself in the shoes of our customers and be directly involved in the user research

**What you will do***:

- Develop and champion a product vision and roadmap for the Hostaway Mobile App that aligns with the overall company strategy and product goals.
- Conduct thorough customer research and analysis to deeply understand the needs and pain points of our users, translating those insights into product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly mobile experiences.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and usage of the mobile app and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in mobile product management and the vacation rental industry.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on mobile products.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-domain mobile products, from ideation to launch.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Passion for mobile-first experiences, user-centric design, and the vacation rental industry (preferred).
